| The IR belt oven is designed for continuous operation. It has been engineered to be easier to clean inside the oven than previous version. Max temp is 90 C. Baking Time is depended on customer’s setting. The unit is suitable for small and medium size plastic parts. |

A tunnel oven is suitable for medium to large plastic / metal parts. Max temp can be up to 200 c. The parts can be convoyed by a floor or an overhead conveyor. |

Wet paint sludge is consolidated into a central sludge pool system which locates outside a factory building. This system will circulate water back to spray booths to reuse them. The pool requires chemical dosing for make sludge floating. The operator will be able to take floating sludge out manually for disposal. |
