A Concept of 2K Gear Mixing System
2K Gear Mixing System is an equipment for control paint dosing to a spray gun or a bell.
The system will mix a paint resin and a hardener at a specific ratio defined by a robot controller. Number of paint resin ports and hardener ports can be selected based on user’s application.

1K Gear Feeding System is an equipment for control paint volume to a spray gun or a bell. Paint Material must be mixed before feeding.
The system also equips with CCV for multi color selection.
