Paint Robot
Robot can be used instead of manpower depending on the job. Not only to save the labor cost and time for production, but also to save energy, and control paint usage amount,
paint thickness, and to change paint color immediately, also safe for health. Using paint robot will surely reduce wasting material, operation cost and part defect.
Increase product quality
Paint line automatic system will normally run the operation system with much less inconstancy, which makes the production from automatic system more efficient. There will be better product quality control and more stability than using manpower.
Increase productivity
Paint robot can work with stable speed and no need to observe for 24 hours every day. This means you’ll have more capacity, which improves the productivity more than using manpower for production because workers cannot operate all the time. They need to rest, which is different from robot that can operate all the time.

Paint Booth
Paint Booth for Industrial work can be mainly divided into 2 types:
1. Venturi Spray Paint Booth
Suitable for almost every type of painting work, which are wet painting, oil painting, high viscosity painting, primer painting, or high-volume painting. Normally, there will be some amount of paint that do not cover on the painting part. The spreading paint dust in this room will be sucked into the water curtain by the fan behind it. The flowing water will capture the paint dust and absorb the smell, working as an air filter for operators. This also purifies an air before release it, or purify it in scrubber. The water curtain booth is more efficient than the dry curtain.
The water in the system will be run in a closed water circulation system. The water must be renewed when the paint wasted has accumulated at such level, and the old water must be purified in proper way before releasing to public water trough.
2. Dry Booth
Suitable for paint booth work that requires not much viscosity, or painting work to cover small details. It is convenient for maintenance. The concept is using filter (Paint Arrestor Filter) to capture the paint dust that do not cover on the painting part through Activated Carbon Filter before release the air. When air suction becomes lower, it means the filter has been clogging up and needs to be changed for full efficiency painting. The clogged filter should be disposed in the proper way.
Industrial Curing Oven for Paint Automation
Curing Oven, or Industrial Oven (Paint Line) is used widely in factory’s production process. The characteristics of this Curing Oven are different in uses and compatibility with customer’s jobs and products. It is important for increasing productivity and saving energy. Curing Oven can benefit customer by reducing cost calculated piece by piece.
Electric Infrared Curing Oven
Suitable for jobs that require precision in temperature control and baking time. It can be designed to be suitable for use, and for customer’s painting part (Customized Design) for stable heat. It is easy to operate, able to save energy and match with customer’s requirement.
Conveyor Oven
Suitable for jobs that require continuous hot air baking and has large amount. This also can be designed to be suitable for use.
Burner Curing Oven
This type of oven has many components due to many processes of control valves, which make an investment higher than Electrical Curing Oven, but will be safer in long term period.
Moveable Baking Oven
Suitable for jobs that require set-by-set hot air baking. Designed with trolley and trays for putting in the oven to obtain the stability of high temperature baking. In can reduce the baking time and increase productivity. This type of industrial hot air oven can be designed and produced in the size that based on customer’s requirement. Including material such as, stainless oven, coated steel oven, and galvanized oven etc.
Conveyor
The conveyor rail system is used in Paint Line to deliver the painting part from small to large size. It can be designed based on many types depending on the jobs. For example, Overhead Conveyor in operation and Floor Conveyor in operation.
Inspection System for Paint Automation
The Part Defect Inspection System is able to inspect the size, the height, the depth, or compare part’s patterns according to production standard. It can be designed to match the job requirements.
